Block vs Ignore vs Mute
Ignore is an option less harsh than the existing Block option.
On Google+, the way to ignore is almost like to block a person (visit http://gplusabc.com/google-plus-circles-in-a-nutshell#block-a-person for more information on how to block a person).

How To Private Message On Google+?
Knowing there's no private message button on google+, a thought came to me: If the visibility of a post is limited to one person, who is not in my circles, wouldn't this already a private message?
